A continuing theme in my life is the tendency of the stories I read and watch ‘writing’ me, due to copyright laws this makes it very difficult to tell my story so I will find ways around it.
Breaking bad might be called Patterns of Chemical Change in the Alice universe (the Rosenprose), or it might be called Shattered Glass.. Shattered Glass works better to tie in with the title of the first Alice book I will release - Alice on Thin Ice.
Its all connected….
Patterns of Chemical Change
My writing started when I decided to write my memoirs… A Chemistry teacher I first properly became when I first came to Hong Kong in 2012, I also watched Breaking Bad for the first time at this time.
But I was far more Jesse Pinkman than Walter White in this story…
Patterns of Chemical Change was the title of an AQA GCSE Chemistry module that I taught when I first started teaching in 2006 and I am continuing the metaphor that Vince Gilligan started in the pilot of Breaking Bad all those years ago when he first started writing the show, around the same time I started teaching Chemistry.
